Following the weekly regimen and staying consistent will show results in your cheeks, eyes, mouth, jaw-line, and neck. You will lose face fat, tone your face, and see more definition. Before beginning the Face Fitness Center program read the following list of tips to help you get the most out of our program.
Face Exercise Tips
1. Set aside “You Time”
Set aside a block of time during your day to concentrate on YOU. Play some nice music and put your mobile phone away.
2. Visualize the movement
When performing any face exercise it is imperative to visualize what you are supposed to be doing. See it in your mind, imagine the muscle working, and feel the muscle in your mind. As you perform the face exercise keep your mind free from other distractions concentrate on the part of the face you are working.
You must play close attention to isolating the muscle you are working. Do not make lines or unnecessary movements anywhere else on your face when you are performing a particular exercise. Pay close attention to the instructions and the movements.
4. Use a mirror
When first beginning a new face exercise use a mirror to see ensure that you are doing the exercise properly. If you have one, bring a small mirror to use next to your computer while you follow our videos.
Don’t hold your breath! Make sure you are taking deep, relaxing breaths during the movements.
6. Have fun
Any self-improvement program should be fun! Enjoy yourself and keep in mind that you are doing this to improve how you look and feel. Think about the benefits and the results of your work!
