The Alternative Smile
To help with sagging skin and lines in your cheeks, you can perform mouth exercises by simply smiling. Make an “O” shape with your mouth, covering your teeth with your lips. Then, smile as wide as you can while keeping your teeth covered.
Repeat this six times. Finally, hold the smile and place your finger in the middle of your chin. Use your finger to work your jaw up and down as you tilt your head back. Repeat this two times.
Rub Your Forehead
Eliminate those embarrassing lines on your forehead with this simple technique. Using both hands, place your fingertips in the middle of your forehead with your fingers spread apart between your hairline and eyebrows.
Next, pull your fingers outwards towards your temple with light pressure. Repeat this 10 times.
Tilt Your Head
Look straight ahead. Place your fingertips at the bottom of your neck. While tilting your head back, stroke your skin downwards. Return to a resting position and repeat twice.
Finally, poke your bottom lip out, pulling the corners of your mouth down. Place your fingers on your collarbone and hold your head back. You should feel the muscles tighten. Inhale deeply four times.
This facial yoga technique is great to tone your muscles and reduce the appearance of a chubby face. Inhale deeply until you’ve filled your mouth with air.
Then, swish the air around from cheek to cheek, like you are rinsing your mouth. Do three sets for 30 seconds or so each.
Make a Fish Face
You’ve done this before as fun and games, but it kept your muscles toned. Make a fish face by sucking in your lips and cheeks. Attempt to smile and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat this five times.
