The first one is super simple.
Lay on your back and bend your legs at knees. Keep your legs hip width apart.
Your hands are on the floor.
Lift your pelvis up and squeeze you but cheeks.
Now down and up again.
Remember, if you are not squeezing your but cheeks, you are losing half the effect of the exercise.
2. Long Bridge Pulse
This exercise you will continue from the bridge pulse.
Keep your pelvis up and put your legs lower with hills pressed to the floor and toes up in the air.

Tap the floor with toes and lift up. Repeat this, after switch legs and repeat.
5. Rainbow Butt
Go down into the Down Dog position.
Bring the right leg outside the mat, then lift it up and put it down on the other side of the matt.
Again, up and down.
Like making the rainbow with your leg in the air.
After you are finished with one leg, switch them and repeat.
