1. Vitamin E Oil And Olive Oil
We all know that olive oil is one of the best cooking oils in the world. Another aspect of this oil is that it is very good for the skin. Even in ancient Greece and Rome, everyone used this oil to naturally moisturize their skin. Today, olive oil in which vitamin E has been added is considered to be one of the best natural deep wrinkle treatments. That is because oleic acids present in olive oil makes our skin more permeable. That allows the skin to hold onto moisture easily and become plumper for a smoother and younger appearance. The other ingredient, i.e. Vitamin E oil, gives a boost to collagen production and cell regeneration and hence plays a vital role in repairing the skin damages. It helps to smooth fine lines as well as wrinkles and makes sure new ones don’t appear.
For making this great combination, take ¼ tsp of olive oil and mix it with ¼ tsp of pure vitamin E. Before going to bed, use this oil to massage your skin and let it soak overnight. You will feel a new soft skin in the morning and will soon get smoother, younger looking skin.
2. Avocado
Avocado is another great food that is not only good to you when inside your body, but also on it! It is full of vitamins and so it will help you to repair and prevent deep wrinkles along with nourishing your skin. The two important vitamins present in avocados are Vitamin A and E. The former will regulate sebum production which will increase the moisture of your skin, while the latter will repair skin damages and boost the production of collagen resulting in a smoother skin. This fruit also has other natural oils.
To make one of the most easily-made natural deep wrinkle treatments from avocado, just mash 1/4th of it till it resembles a creamy paste. Now apply this mask on your skin and leave it for 25 min and then rinse with lukewarm water. It will be very effective against your deep wrinkles.
3. Yogurt
Another great food, yogurt also features as one of the many natural deep wrinkle treatments. Use whole plain yogurt to moisturize your skin and treat those deep wrinkles. Lactic acid present in yogurt as well as alpha hydroxyl acid exfoliates the skin while making your wrinkles smooth. Yogurt also has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties which remove leftover bacteria deposited on your pores when your skin is dry. It also moisturizes your skin when it exfoliates and reduces deep wrinkles.
Just smooth a thick layer of whole plain yogurt on your face after cleaning it thoroughly. Let it soak for about 25 min. Then just rinse it with lukewarm water.

1. is this too much?
2. do i wash my face before the avacodo paste method and can i wash my face after the paste has been rinsed off with like warm water?
thanks
Hey Frank – I don’t think it’s too much, give it a try. Yes I would wash my face before the paste as well as after.
