|Each and every week you’ll receive an email notification to access your weekly facial yoga e-class with instructions and video demonstrations.They will only be delivered one week at a time! We don’t want you to skip ahead, so we only deliver one week of exercises per week! And if you ever need to go back to them, remember they will be in your member’s area.
You should make a 15-minute commitment to yourself and follow each week’s exercises every single day (most preferable just before you go sleep at night) until you receive next week’s session.The 24-week program is developed to involve the entire face, scalp and neck.
